So, it’s Sunday. That calls for a roast dinner in many homes. Just because you are a vegetarian or vegan does not mean you cannot enjoy a roast too. It doesn’t always have to involve a nut roast, although homemade nut roast is delicious. Today we had a great selection of veggies.
Chantenay carrots, broccoli, garden peas, parsnips, leeks, onion, potato, courgette and topped off with a Linda McCartney Rosemary and roasted onion sausage (vegan).


Onion gravy and a vegan cheese sauce for the leeks to finish the dish off nicely.
Even had enough to fill a tub to take to work tomorrow.
