I love break..fast, as I have said before, it doesn’t matter if I eat it within the first hour of getting up, or delay it if I am fasting. Whichever it is, it needs to be good looking, colourful and appetizing.
This morning I spent five minutes in the kitchen cheering up my granola with soya milk. No protein shake this morning, so topped with a banana, 5 grapes, some pomegranate seeds, #nutriseed raw superfood powder, cocoa powder and sprinkled with coconut.
And see how lovely it looked. So then I decided to mix it all up, this is what I ended up with.
If you are like me, then I would opt for the bowl where you can see what you are eating, I would be happy to have breakfast presented to me like that, once you have seen it, then fill your boots and mix to your hearts content. But a bowl of brown really doesn’t have the same impact.
