Sunshine Break…Fast

Today I decided to have Granola a 50 gm portion, with 25 gms of The Food Doctors mixed roasted beans. A splash of Soya unsweetened milk, a dollop of almond alpro, a squirt of Choc Shot, 1 kiwi, 1 banana and a little mango. Sprinkled with Goji berries and pomegranate seeds. I plan on just 2 meals today, so this is my meal 1. So this will keep me going until I have dinner.

The calorie content is a healthy 599.  With 16gms of protein, 13 gms of fat,and 66gms of carbs.sunshine-breakfast
