30 minute dinner

Tonight, I arrived home ready to eat. Unfortunately I didn’t have anything ready. So I popped some pasta on to cook, then put baby corn, mangetout and asparagus in the steamer, separately I cooked up chopped onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and a small portion of chilli beans with a squidge of tomato puree, garlic and using a couple of sprays of coconut oil. Within 30 minutes everything was ready and on my plate. Very tasty, very quick and very easy. I made enough for dinner tonight and lunch at work tomorrow.
