A plate full of vitamins and minerals.

This was my dinner tonight. Steamed brocolli, baby corn, courgette and asparagus.  Steaming is the best way to cook if possible. Vitamins and minerals left intact. Then sweet potato chips cooked with a linda McCartney rosemary and red onion sausage and peas. Second meal today as I was intermittent fasting. Breakfast was at 12:45 today. Picture below.fruit bowl with a little granola and roasted beans. Persimmon, kiwi and pineapple.  What a rainbow of food I had today. X
