Today I decided it was a cookie kind of day. This recipe is very easy.
75 g Buckwheat flour
75 g Porridge oats
25 g Roasted beans- crushed
25 g Granola
60 g Soft brown sugar
60 g Pure Soya
1 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 tbsp Soya milk
1 tsp baking powder
Mix all the dry ingredients together then melt butter, milk and Agave nectar, mix this with the dry ingredients. Once fully mixed, line a tray with parchment, and spoon 10 equal-ish amounts onto the tray. You may need to shape them a little. Put into a pre-heated oven at 180 and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brow.
For anyone interested: Each cookie has 152 calories, 19g of carbs, 7g of fat and 3.5g of protein.
