Tonight, I was going to have pasta, but whilst I was rummaging through my store cupboard, I came across a packet of Buckwheat noodles. So change of plan. I put tomatoes, onions and garlic in the oven to roast. Meanwhile, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots went on to steam, and finally the noodles on to boil. The noodles cook in about 5 minutes, so the last thing to do. I had some kidney beans in chilli sauce already in the fridge, so added these to increase my protein intake.
