A plate of fruit

Today I had quite a large lunch, lots of veggies and beans. So this evening I decided to keep it light.

A plate which consisted of 1 x kiwi, 1 x banana, a couple of slices of Dragon fruit. A sprinkle of Goji berries and a little granola.

Dragon Fruit, Loaded with Vitamin C, it is mainly carbs, but does have a small amount of fat and protein. Very low calorie, with its calcium and iron content, the dragon fruit is also good for your bones and blood. This is a fruit to try if you haven’t yet. Best when it is soft to a gentle squeeze. Unmistakable, with its very bright pink and green skin and leafs. Go on, give it a try.
