This morning I really did have trouble deciding what to eat, I haven’t had porridge for ages, but I enjoy granola so much, then there is always fruit. Decision, decisions. After much deliberation, I finally decided. What the heck! I will have a bit of everything.
So, 1/3 rd cup of porridge oats cooked up with 1/2 cup of Soya unsweetened milk, with a couple of blueberries. 1/3 cup of granola, 2 large strawberries, i thick slice of dragon fruit, a sprinkle of goji berries, some coconut and a 1/3 cup of roasted beans. I did actually add a little coconut milk on the granola. What a feast, and the perfect way to satisfy your desire for various tastes.
