I started my day with a huge bowl of goodness. As I knew my eating was going to be out of joint today. Work in the morning, no lunch break, instead straight in the car to drive the 3 1/2 hour drive to see my parents. So I needed something good, wholesome, nourishing and packed with vitamin c.
1 banana, 2 kiwis, 2 slices of dragonfruit, pomegranate seeds, 5 black cherries, 7 black grapes, blueberries, granola and roasted beans.
Calories 515, fat 13gms, cards 85gms, protein 10 gms.
I also made a protein smoothie to take for the journey. Sorted.
