Fruit Bowl with Granola for a Protein Punch!

I like to make my food look appealing, it really doesn’t take much time.

Today I had 50 gms of High protein Granola, 25 gms of The Food Doctor roasted beans, 1 kiwi, 2 slices of Dragonfruit, 6 grapes, 1 banana, a few pieces of mango and pineapple. A scoop of nutriseed superfood , alpro almond milk, alpro coconut ,  a tsp of peanut butter and a little choc shot.

And just to show you the difference presentation makes…this is the same bowl, the same great ingredients, but all mixed up.

And for those interested 550 calories and 29 gms of protein.
