Breakfast should be exciting and interesting as well as tasty and nutritious. Whether you are eating it within an hour of getting up or if you are intermittent fasting and delaying it until lunchtime, it needs to be good. Nothing worse than a boring bowl of processed cereal.
This bowl consisted of 1 banana, 2 slices of dragonfruit, a small amount of mango, 8 grapes, pomegranate seeds, 1 kiwi. A dessert spoon of peanut butter, and a couple of spoons of Alpro plain.
Then separately into a drink mixer or plastic cup with a lid, 100 ml of Soya unsweetened, 1 scoop of #Nutriseed Total Super-foods and a teaspoon of Maca powder. Shake for about 1 minute to mix well. Then pour over the fruit. A great bowl of wonderfood.
