Breakfast in a Glass

Just to have a change, this morning I went for breakfast in a glass.

You can do exactly what you like here and use whatever you like, but here is what I did.

50 gms of granola

25 gms The Food Doctor Roasted beans

75 ml Soya unsweetened

50 ml of Alpro plain with Blueberry and spirulina

a few goji berries

1 scoop of #Nutriseed Total Superfood

1 Tsp #Nutriseed Maca powder

1 tsp of coconut cream

I put half of the granola and beans in the bottom of the glass, added a layer of the blue alpro, then a layer of granola and beans, then slowly pour over the soya mix, finally sprinkle the last of the granola on top with the goji berries and the very last of the blue soya mix. Thats it.

And as always…512 calories, Fat 26 gms, Carbs 41 gms, Protein 21 gms
