When You Want the Aquafaba….

I opened a tin of Chickpeas so I could use the Aquafaba to make Royal Icing, so what to do with the Chickpeas now?

Easy, dry them, place them in a baking tray with a little olive oil, garlic, whatever herbs and spices you fancy, turn them to make sure they are coated and bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.

Bosh!!!

The complete can with the olive oil will be about 500 calories. Split into 5 portions for a healthy snack. Add extra salt or herbs as required.
