Quick Does not Mean Unhealthy.

I came home ready to eat tonight, wanted something super fast. So from my freezer, a slice of Rye bread, set under the grill to toast. Meanwhile in the steamer 2 squares of frozen Spinach, 2 tablespoons of beans and a little @ButeIslandFoods cheddar style Sheese.

When one side is toasted, turn over sprinkle with the Cheddar style Sheese and continue to grill until it bubbles and browns.

Serve, by cuttin into 4 triangles, place 2 on the plate, top with spinach and then beans, place the remaining 2 triangles on top.

10 minutes and on my plate.
