Tonight I decided to use my WOK, and just went with the flow.
Starting with coconut oil, I then added chopped mushrooms, chopped yellow pepper, chopped tomatoes, asparagus spears cut into 2cm lengths, garlic, chilli and some liquid smoke, after a few minutes I added some Pok Choi leaf.

Meanwhile I cooked 2 Linda McCartney Rosemary and red onion sausages. When everything was cooked, I cut up the sausages and tossed them into the mix.
