Fat Bombs!!!

As usual, these are very simple to put together.

Smooth Peanut Butter 75gms

Pure Coconut oil 28gms

Coconut Flour 2 tbsp

Cocoa Powder 2 tsp

Ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp

Coconut flakes sprinkle

Put all of the above into your blender and blitz for 20 seconds.

Once mixed, turn into a bowl and place in the fridge, once it is set take a teaspoon and load it up with the mixture, roll into a ball and roll in coconut. Place on a plate. These will start to melt from the heat of your hand. The above is enough to make 12 balls.

Place onto grease proof paper and return to the fridge. You can either keep them in a sealed container in your fridge, or pop them into the freezer and take one out as required.

Calories 65 each ball, Carbs 2g, Fat 5,5g, Protein 2.2g.

I sometimes add seeds and nuts or Chia seeds for variety.
