Polenta Burgers

One of the easiest meals ever

50gms of Polenta paradiso into 200 mls of boiling water, stir well and turn down and simmer, keep stirring for a few minutes until it thickens. After 5 minutes remove from the heat, stir a few times and leave to cool.

Once cool, add chilli powder, garlic, onion salt, pepper…in fact whatever flavours you enjoy. Use a little flour on your hands and make into burger shapes. Cook in Pure in a pan on top of the oven, turn after 10 minutes and cook the other side. Serve with whatever you fancy.

 

I had with Sweet potato fries, roasted cauliflower, peas and sweetcorn.
