Last night, I had no plan for what I was going to eat. So a quick scan of the fridge lead me to putting together a really tasty wrap. No cooking required, just a use of left overs.
Starting with the wrap, I spread a little @Buteislandfoods original cream sheese. Sliced 1/2 an avocado, 6 plum tomatoes and sliced up 2 falafels.
Then I added a couple of spoonfuls of curried chickpeas and potato, left from earlier in the week. Then the finishing touch, I had just a small amount of theĀ @Buteislandfoods original cream sheese left, I added a dessert spoon of Alpro Go On plain and mixed well with garlic sprinkle and chilli powder. Dollop on top and roll that wrap.

BOOM!!! I actually only managed to hold this for the photo, it was just so loaded that I had to eat half with a folk before I could pick it up again. This was incredible easy and the mix of tastes were a real treat.
