Protein Hit for breakfast

I like breakfast, in fact it is my favorite. Sometimes I can spend 20 minutes preparing a beautiful colourful bowl of goodness. Other times, I go for speed, but which ever way I do it. It needs to be full of goodness, and a good hit of protein.

This morning was 30 g of porridge oats left to soak for 30 minutes in almond milk. I made up 25 gs of PhD Smart Protein plant with just a little more almond milk. The protein powder can be made into a mousse or a shake, depending on how much liquid you use. I added a handful of cashew nuts and peanuts, a tablespoon of pine nuts and 5 pecan nuts.

Calories 444, this will give you aproximately 30 grams of protein. A good start to your day.

You can find the Protein Powder in the below link, each pack gives you 20 servings. I have tried various vegan protein powders, this has to be my favourite. Yes its processed, but there are far worse things I could eat to get the same protein hit.
