Today is an intermittent fasting day. So my first meal was at 12:30. I was up at 6:30, I was busy making lentil lasagna and taking photos. Recipe will be up later. Never made it quite like this, so a new one I am trying and I have a guest tonight who has trouble with Wheat but is fine with gluten. can be tricky, so I have used Corn flour lasagna sheets. Fingers crossed.
So this beautiful bowl of granola and fruit, with my own blueberry alpro and roasted beans was plenty to keep me going until meal 2. Actually meal 2 will be about 6pm as we are out this evening.
