Chlorella Added to My Breakfast.

My breakfast is usually supercharged as I like to mix @nutriseedUK Total Superfoods to my unsweetened Soya Milk, which I pour over my Granola. However after being in Thailand for 2 weeks in the jungle, without a fridge or aircon and very basic food, I have been in need of an extra boost. So I added Chlorella, I have added some information about this powerhouse in the Nutritional Facts page Nutrition Fact & Fiction 

But here is a little example of what it contains;

A 1-ounce (3 tbsp) serving of chlorella contains:

  • Protein—16g
  • Vitamin A—287% RDA
  • Vitamin B2—71% RDA
  • Vitamin B3—33% RDA
  • Iron—202% RDA
  • Magnesium—22% RDA
  • Zinc—133% RDA

So my bowl included, Granola, banana, mango puree, soya plain, and coconut.
