Sunday meal prep.
Ingredients makes enough for 4 meals
Onion
Garlic
Garden Peas
Courgette
Carrots
Mushrooms
Black Beans
Mixed Beans
Chopped Tomatoes
Smoked Paprika
Chilli Powder
Salt

I always like to make cooking as simple as possible. So take a nice big pan and put everything in there together.

Leave it to cook for about 30 minutes.
In the meantime I steamed some cauliflower. And while that was cooking, I grated some cheese, added Italian Garlic and 4 seed mix, to sprinkle on top of the cauliflower.


Plate up and enjoy with a slice of rye bread.
