Very Quick & Easy Cauliflower & Broccoli Soup.

1/2 a cauliflower

1/2 a broccoli

200 mls Almond Milk

Garlic/Italian garlic sprinkle

30 grams Salted Cashew nuts and Peanuts

Steam the cauliflower and broccoli. Once cooked transfer to your blender- I use my Vita-mix for this because I prefer really smooth soup, and this gadget does just that.

Add the almond milk, garlic and the nuts. Blend until smooth and creamy.

This makes enough for 2 portions.

Each portions gives 280 calories

22.9 g of protein, 22 g of carbs, 11 g of fat and 15 g of fiber.
